THIS DEVELOPMENT AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of October, 2021, by and between the City of Scottsdale, an Arizona municipal corporation ("City") and Artisan Scottsdale, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Developer"). City and Developer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
