In consideration of my participation in the production of a involving me, for the purpose of encouraging promotion of philanthropy and charitable values, and for other good and valuable consideration, I hereby grant to the Community Foundation of Western Nevada (and those acting with its permission and authority including ) (the “Producers”) and their respective board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, the right to use and publish my name, voice, and likeness and broadcast video and photographic images and pictures of me or in which I am included. I agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold and the Producers and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all actions, claims, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, false light or invasion of privacy, resulting from use of my name, voice, image, and likeness.
