In cases of dissolution of a partnership, the remaining partner shall be expressly obligated to carry out the terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether or not he was signatory to the original Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties here to. In the event of bonafide sale or trans fer of any store covered by the Agreement during the term thereof, the Company shall give advance notice to the new owner or such transferee, of the obligation of this Agreement and shall, as a condition of such sale or transfer, require the new owner to become a party hereto. The former owners shall be responsible for any and all mone tary benefits that employees have accumu lated under this Agreement to the date of sale or transfer. Seniority of employees shall not be broken by such sale or trans fer.
