You also will need to sign the Student Payment Agreement and Disclosure State- ment. This document is a legal agreement that contains the oƥcial explanation of terms of payment, application of fi- nance charges, consequences of a past due account and oth- er important financial information. A new Student Payment Agreement and Disclosure Statement must be signed each time you register or make a registration change.
