The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and ProPeer Resources LLC (“Contractor”), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," to that certain Independent Review Organization (“IRO”) Contract effective December 8, 2021 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000836800001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
