You are authorized and directed to disburse the funds deposited hereunder pursuant to statements of amounts due, approved by the Borrower, after obtaining only such releases and satisfactions of mechanics’ liens or waivers of mechanics’ liens and sworn statement of the General Contractor, subcontractors and material suppliers required by Escrowee to enable it to insure the insurance coverage herein specified.
