The name of this organization shall be the Mahaska County Solid Waste Management Commission, as originally established in one certain agreement entered in on the 26th day of December 1973, by and between Mahaska County, Iowa, and the incorporated cities and towns located within said County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 28E, Code of Iowa, 1972 and updated this day of ___, 2022.
