CRC FIRST AMENDMENT TO THEBuilder Agreement • November 16th, 2015
This Amendment and the amendments, additional terms and conditions set forth herein shall modify, delete from and add to the AIA A141-2014 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Design-Builder, as modified and as issued with the CRC Request for Proposals for the City of Carmel “Park East” Public Parking Garage at City Center dated October 26, 2015 (“Agreement”). This Amendment shall be controlling over any inconsistent or contradictory term or provision of the Agreement, any addenda or amendments thereto, or any other terms or provisions of the Agreement. Where an article, paragraph, subparagraph or clause of the Agreement is amended by one of the following paragraphs, subparagraphs or clauses, the unaltered provisions of the original article, paragraph, subparagraph or clause shall remain in full force and effect, and the following shall be considered as added thereto.
