This TWELFTH AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT OFFICE OF HOMELESS SERVICES INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (this “Twelfth Amendment”) is made and entered this 1st day of September 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Multnomah County (the “County”) and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Portland housing bureau (the “City” or “PHB”). The County and PHB may be referred to jointly in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
