AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHARING OF CARE: This shared care agreement (SCA) outlines suggested ways in which the responsibilities for managing the prescribing of Apomorphine can be shared between the specialist and general practitioner (GP). GPs are invited to participate.
