This Trial Access Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the last date of signature below (“Effective Date”) by and between IonQ, Inc. (“IonQ”), and The University of Chicago (“Customer”) and sets forth the terms pursuant to which IonQ may provide, and Customer may receive, access to and use of the Compute Services (defined below) on a trial basis.
