This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by the Ventura County Watershed Protection District (“WPD”) and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy (“SMMC”). WPD and SMMC are referred to herein singularly as PARTY and collectively as PARTIES.
