The GO Zone Loan Agreement was entered into in connection with the issuance of the Authority’s $89,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Revenue Bonds (Westlake Chemical Corporation Projects), Series 2010A-1 (GO Zone) due November 1, 2035 (the “Series 2010A-1 Bonds”), pursuant to that certain Trust Indenture, dated as of November 1, 2010 (the “GO Zone Indenture”), by and between the Authority and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
