This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by Lead Plaintiff Srednicki (as defined below), on behalf of herself and all other Settlement Class Members (as defined below), by and through Plaintiff’s Counsel, and defendant Cigna (as defined below) (collectively, the “Parties”).1 The Parties intend this Agreement to resolve, discharge and settle the Released Claims, fully, finally and forever according to the terms and conditions set forth below.
