For nearly five years, Diocesan Council and the Bishop’s Office have encouraged our congregations to assess the vitality and viability of their ministries and consider how they might increase the capacity to do ministry. In 2004, six specific Ministry Capacity Areas (aspects of the life and ministry of congregations) were identified to assist congregations in this work.
