THIS DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (hereinafter referred to as “Contract” or “Agreement”) is made by and between the GILPIN COUNTY, a Colorado statutory county, whose address is 203 Eureka St., Central City, Colorado 80427 (“OWNER” or “COUNTY”) and Sky Blue Builders LLC, (“CONTRACTOR”), a Colorado limited liability corporation, whose address is 2501 Dallas St., Unit 273, Aurora, Colorado 80010, for the design and renovation of an existing COUNTY building and land located at 15193 Hwy. 119, Gilpin County, Colorado (“Project”).
