This Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Lackawaxen Telecommunications Services, Inc. ("LTSI"), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 101 Laurel Highlands Place, Donegal, PA 15628 and “Teleport Communications America, LLC, 1 AT&T Way, Bedminster, NJ 07921” (“CLEC”). LTSI and Teleport Communications America, LLC may also be referred to herein singularly as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties." This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between the Parties with respect to Teleport Communications America, LLC's provision of competitive Telephone Exchange services within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
