THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this July 9, 2012, by and between the City of Naples, a Florida municipal corporation, (the "CITY") and CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc, a Delaware corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose business address is 5801 Pelican Bay Blvd, Suite 505, Naples, FL 34108 (the "CONTRACTOR").
