This Master Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between DataNet Systems, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“DataNet”), and the Client, as identified in the accompanying Statement of Work (“SOW”). This Agreement may refer to DataNet or the Client as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement becomes binding on the Parties as of the effective date set forth in the SOW (“Effective Date”).
