That the Mayor and Director of Corporate Services be authorized to do all acts and things necessary to execute a statutory right-of-way agreement between FortisBC Energy and The Corporation of the District of Oak Bay in respect to Lot 79, Section 61, Victoria District, Plan 874, as substantially set out in the form attached to this resolution.
