Except as herein otherwise provided, as used in this agreement the word "Company" means General Electric Canada; the word “Plant” means Peterborough Plant; the word "Union" means UNIFOR and Local 599-O; the word "employee" means those employees in the Bargaining Unit unless otherwise indicated, and the word “Agreement” means the Collective Agreement.
