PARK] (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the Effective Date (defined below), by and among VISTA OAKS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Texas operating under Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code and formerly known as Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 9 (the “District”), WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”), and the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a home rule municipality located in Williamson County, Texas (the “City”). The City, the County, and the District are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
