The present “Reservation Contract of Constructed House” is signed to the effects that the interested client on the purchase of the following house, can make the reservation of said house. Through the payment of the referred reservation, said house will be taken out of the real estate market and a date will be fixed for the signature of the “Notary Title Deed” in relation with said house, not being in any case the present contract, a purchase contract.
