This Interagency Agreement (“Agreement”), by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Finance and Administration, Division of TennCare, hereinafter referred to as “TennCare” or “Procuring State Agency”, and the Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services, hereinafter referred to as “DHS”, “VR,” or the “Contracting State Agency”, is for the provision of VR provided employment services for persons enrolled in Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES, CHOICES, and the Katie Beckett Program (Katie Beckett) receiving services from the respective Parties. VR provided employment services for persons enrolled in ECF CHOICES, CHOICES, and the Katie Beckett Programs are further defined in the “Scope of Services.” TennCare and DHS are collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement.
