EXTENSION OF AGREEMENTExtension of Agreement • February 9th, 2023
The parties’ existing Agreement provides that the Agreement may be extended until February 29, 2024, upon mutual agreement. Upon the signature of an authorized officer or agent of the MCOE and of Medicaleshop, the Agreement is hereby extended to February 29, 2024. This extension shall be subject to the same Terms and Conditions as contained in the original Request for Bids and in Contract Number AEPA #22-B between the Monterey County Office of Education and Medicaleshop Inc.
