This SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 29, 2016 is entered into between Peninsula Clean Energy Authority, a California joint powers authority, as pledgor (“PCEA”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as collateral agent (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent”), for the benefit of the PPA Providers (as defined below), as Secured Creditors (as defined below).
