THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF WEATHERFORD, TEXAS, a home-rule municipal corporation, hereinafter called Licensor and Classic 53, a Texas Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) dba Big John’s Burgers, hereinafter called Licensee. In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and other good and valuable consideration, Licensor does hereby grant to Licensee, a revocable nonexclusive license to use an approximate 10' x 25' area of the sidewalk and the approximate 20' x 20' area of the curb and public parking comprising two parking spaces in the lot immediately adjacent to such sidewalk and directly in front of Licensee's restaurant, located at 105 College Avenue, Weatherford, Texas 76086, more particularly described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes (hereinafter called "Premises").
