THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Manatee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County" and Care Net Manasota Crisis Pregnancy Center, a not for profit corporation, existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Agency”, as of March 1, 2022. References to “Agreement” shall be construed to include this Agreement and all attachments hereto.
