WHEREAS: Hertz Canada, LTD, Rent-A-Car Division (hereinafter referred to as "The Company" or “The Employer”) and the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada, Local 175 (hereinafter referred to as “The Union”) desire to cooperate in establishing and maintaining conditions which will promote a harmonious relationship between the Company and the employees covered by this Agreement, and in providing methods for a fair and amicable adjustment of disputes which may arise between them, and to promote efficient operation.
