This EDB End User Agreement for Cloud Service Providers (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the licensing of Products from the licensor, EnterpriseDB Corporation, a Delaware corporation, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates located at 34 Crosby Drive, Suite 201, Bedford, MA 01736 (“Licensor”) by the legal entity or individual that purchases one or more Product(s) from the Cloud Service Provider (“Buyer”) for deployment into Buyer’s Computing Environment. By using the Products(s) or by clicking to accept or agree to this End User Agreement when this option is made available to You, You accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. We will refer to Buyer throughout this Agreement as “You” or “Your” and Licensor as “EnterpriseDB”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”.
