THIS COST PLUS FIXED FEE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of December, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF ELLENSBURG, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington (hereinafter called the “CITY”) and Osborn Consulting, Inc., a Corporation authorized to do business in the state of Washington (hereinafter called the “CONSULTANT”).
