This Uniform Contract for Services (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”), entered into by and between the Town of Whitestown, Indiana and/or Whitestown Municipal Utilities, (hereinafter referred to as “Whitestown”), and (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
