THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule city (“LESSOR”), and the ELGIN COMMUNITY CUPBOARD, a Texas non-profit corporation (“TENANT”).
