IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: By entering into the Order Form, or selecting “I accept”, or accessing or otherwise using all or any portion of the Services: (i) you are consenting to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and a contract is formed between Hexagon, and either you personally, if you are using the Services for yourself, or the legal entity for which you are using the Services (“Customer”); and (ii) you represent and warrant that you have the right, power and authority to act on behalf of and bind such legal entity (if any) or yourself.
