THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, made and entered into this 14th day of October 2016, by and between the designated representatives of the Lindmore Irrigation District (a public agency as defined in Section 3501(c) of Chapter 10 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California), hereinafter referred to as District, and the designated representatives of Local Union 1245 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations (a recognized employee organization as defined in Section 3501(b) of Chapter 10 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California), hereinafter referred to as Union.
