This agreement between the Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department and the Clearwater adopting organization, registered below, will remain valid for one year from the date of signing. It requires that the adopting organization commit to a minimum of two maintenance projects within their adopted park or other area with a minimum of 3 hours and 6 participants per project. Projects may include trash and debris removal, planting, painting and other activities agreed upon between the two parties. These projects must be approved and scheduled through the Clearwater Parks and Recreation Volunteer Specialist. A sign-in sheet must be provided after each project to the Volunteer Specialist.
