Appendix to the Agreement concluded with Vendor Müüjaga sõlmitud lepingu lisa TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR VENDORS1 LEPINGUTINGIMUSED MÜÜJATE JAOKS2 The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Business”) shall apply to any purchase of goods or services (hereinafter together referred to as “Services”) by an EY Member Firm in CESA3 (hereinafter referred to as “EY”) from a third party vendor (“Vendor”) (hereinafter together “Parties”) under the agreement between EY and the Vendor (“Agreement”) where reference is made to these Terms, and where EY purchases Services for its own needs4.
