The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Sherry Matthews, Inc., d/b/a Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing (“Contractor”), who are collectively referred to in this amendment as the "Parties," to the Task Order for the Women, Infants and Children (“WIC”) Public Awareness Campaign, Task Order No. 15-28, effective on September 20, 2016 (the “Task Order”), and denominated HHSC Contract No. E529-15-0004-00015, as amended, now desire to further amend the Task Order.
