THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 18th day of February, 2020, by and between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, a body corporate and politic, for the benefit of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder (the “Clerk”) and Dolores M. Vasquez, Town Clerk (the “Property Representative”) on behalf of the Town of Lyons (the “Town”). The Clerk and the Property Representative may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
