THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 24th day of April, 2023 (hereinafter “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and Crossroads’ Turning Points, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Subrecipient” or “Crossroads” or “CTP.” City and Subrecipient/Crossroads/CTP are sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”
