Administrative Agreement: An Administrative Agreement is a “contract” resulting from a process between a student and a Hearing Officer that establishes sanctions that are mutually agree to. The sanctions will be decided with the purpose of educating the individual as to why the documented behavior was inappropriate. It should also mitigate any negative impact of the behavior, as well as protect the community (Terms and Definitions, p.2).
