I, give permission for my son (the “Student”) to participate in the Athletics Program (the “Athletics Program”) at Cardigan Mountain School (“CMS”). The Student may chose the sport in which he wants to participate, and I and the Student acknowledge that certain sports present greater risks of injury than other sports. Schedule A contains a full list the sports offered at CMS, from which the Student may choose for each season.
