An annual agreement (renewable annually for a period of up to five (5) years) to provide grounds maintenance services at Beulah, Jim Allen, McArthur, Kingsfield, Pine Meadow, and Lipscomb Elementary Schools, Beulah and Ransom Middle Schools, Tate High School, and Escambia Westgate Center. Services will be performed annually between April 1 and October 31. Award to the lowest, most responsive proposer meeting specifications and special conditions.
