Tenant should read this Lease and all of its attachments carefully. If you have any questions, or if you do not understand any words or statements, get clarification. Once Tenant and Landlord sign this Lease, Tenant and Landlord shall be presumed to have read it and understood it in its entirety. Tenant and Landlord acknowledge and agree that this Lease contains all of the agreements between Landlord and Tenant with respect to the matters contained herein, and that any understandings or agreements, made either orally or in writing, before or after this Lease was signed and not incorporated in writing herein shall not be enforceable.
