This is a contract between Reckon Limited (ACN 003 348 730) (Reckon) and you. By using QuickBooks, hosted by Reckon Online, the contents and features, related user guides and materials, including all functionalities (“the Services”), available through www.quickbooksonline.com.au or www.quickbooksonline.co.nz hereinafter referred to as the "Website", you agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence. The defined terms and the rules of interpretation in this Licence are set out in clause 12.
