This MARKETING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Lake Worth Beach, Florida (“City”), and Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc. d/b/a Service Line Warranties of America (“Company”), herein collectively referred to singularly as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall be effective as of [ ], 2022 (“Effective Date”).
