This Waiver and Release of Liability (hereinafter referred to as “Release”) is executed on this day of , 2015, by and between the organizers and agents of the Plein Air @ Washington County event, its sponsors and agents and specifically the Sequoia Gallery + Studios (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organization”) and the undersigned Participant who has requested to participate in the Plein Air @ Washington County event pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Release. This Release is an agreement whereby the Participant agrees to waive and release any claims of liability which the Participant might contend they have against the Organization, including, but not limited to, each of its directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents.
