THIS TOKEN SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the undersigned purchaser (the “Subscriber”) and xManna Software Technologies Inc. a Florida corporation, and governs the purchase of ERC-1404 based cryptographic tokens called the XMANNA Tokens (the “Tokens”),. The Subscriber and the Company are herein individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
