This Online Users Agreement (the “Agreement”), including the Engage Rulebook (“Engage Rulebook”) available here, which Engage Rulebook is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, shall be applicable to each business that is a client (each a “Client”) that (i) purchases commodity trading advisor (“CTA”) services from AEGIS Energy Risk, LLC (“AEGIS”), (ii) which Client will, or has, granted to AEGIS a power of attorney, pursuant to which AEGIS is authorized to solicit bids to purchase and/or offers to sell (“Bids/Offers”) various uncleared bilateral commodity transactions in response to requests (each a “Request”) submitted by such Client to AEGIS, by which such Client requests that AEGIS solicit Bids/Offers from certain financial institutions or other third parties (each a “Financial Counterparty”) designated by such Client in its Request, and (iii) which Client has entered into one or more ISDA Master Agreements (each an “ISDA Agreement”) with each of such Financial Counterp
