Introduction. Seller and Chrysler (the “Parties”) acknowledge the following mutually beneficial goals and objectives in entering into this Order: (i) to ensure a reliable and timely supply of goods covered by the Order; (ii) to implement common or complementary processes to forecast necessary quantities, place orders, ship, receive and make payments for goods; (iii) to identify, contain and resolve promptly and fairly any issues as to timeliness and quality of goods delivered; and (iv) collaboratively to identify opportunities and implement cost savings measures related to the goods covered by the Order and the processes of creating, shipping, receiving, and Seller’s using of those goods, all in accordance with applicable law and the specific terms and conditions of the Order.
